HARARE – Chillspot Records producer Tafadzwa Kadzimwe popularly as Levels has appeared in court facing charges of violating the data protection act.
The rape and physical abuse charges have been referred back to the police upon indications that Ashley ‘Shashl” Moyo daughter to former Health Minister Obadiah Moyo intends to withdraw but on certain conditions which are still to be agreed on.
Twitter user Tichaona Machona posted that Shashl wasn’t raped but she enjoyed the act.
“Yes, how can you say she was raped while these two were parading lodges in harare, we have evidence so shashl would go to a lodge to watch a movie or listen to music ??? She wasn’t raped!! She was enjoying the whole thing zvashata nekuti nudes awonekwa ne nyika…”.
Levels has been granted ZWL$20.000 bail by a Harare Magistrate Kudzai Zihove.
