SUNGURA giant Nicholas Zakaria’s latest album, Musabvunda, is slowly gaining traction among his fans.
This emerged at Mzansi Bar in Mvurwi last night where fans who flocked the show had an opportunity to sample the new offering.
The show was part of a national tour in which Zakaria and his band, Khiama Boys, are taking the album across the country.
Speaking on stage, Zakaria expressed gratitude to his fans and told them that he still had the energy to perform despite his advancing age.
“I would like to thank you all for coming and accepting my latest offering let me assure you that the band is intact and we will keep on giving you sweet music,” he said.
He was supported by upcomimg Mvurwi sungura artiste Elvis Butau of Mvurwi Challengers crew.
Today the musician is taking his music to Domboshava where he is expecting to meet with his legions of fans.
