Zimbabwe Agricultural Show which kicks off today, with revelations of a massive uptake of exhibitor space compared to last year.
With an estimated jump of one hundred percent on exhibitor participation, this year’s edition of the Zimbabwe Agric Show promises to be a turning point for the country’s premier exhibition as the country recovers from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Authorities at the show society are bullish, the show will run for the next six days until Saturday.
“We are excited on the uptake of exhibitor space this year. This show is happening when the country has recorded a bumper harvest and this obviously boosts the outlook for the show. We have managed to record a one hundred percent uptake on exhibitor space and this is quite good considering that this is an event being held under the pandemic. All is ready for the show to start tomorrow,” said Craig Ivan, Zimbabwe Agriculture Society Chairperson.
Now in its 111th edition, the exhibition is a vital platform to create synergies among exhibitors while also offering a pedestal to showcase for small entrepreneurs.
