Exide Promotion aims at enhancing Customer Convinience

The 12th Winter promotion will run from Tuesday, 1 June 2021 to Tuesday, 31st August, 2021 in all Exide Express branches nationwide.

HARARE – The 12th edition of the Powered by Exide Winter Promotion will run from the 1st of June to the 31st of August with a thrust to reward customer loyalty and meet all Exide’s geographical markets.
The promotion seeks to strengthen the relationship between Exide Zimbabwe and it’s customers, growing the relationship and Exide’s business network.
“The Powered by Exide winter promotion seeks to strengthen that bond and to give back to customers who are loyal to the Exide brand. The promotion has grown over the years in tandem with branch network expansion and most importantly, popularity with customers.” Panganai Kufakunesu the Sales and Marketing Manager said at the launch.
The 2021 Powered by Exide Winter Promotion seeks to enhance customer value in retaining customer experience in using Chloride Exide Zimbabwe products and services and reward the satisfaction associated with the Exide brand.
“The Exide brand has a symbiotic relationship with its customers. Every time one interacts with the brand, strong lasting bonds are created. The happiness one experiences when a vehicle successfully starts and roars to life, to embark on different journeys, to accomplish different tasks. The convinience that comes with having power from an Exide Solar system in an area without electricity from the grid.” Mr Kufakunesu said.
The 12th Winter promotion will run from Tuesday, 1 June 2021 to Tuesday, 31st August, 2021 in all Exide Express branches nationwide and Victor Onions shop in Graniteside, Harare.
Prices worth over Twenty thousand American Dollars are on the offer at this year’s twelveth Powered by Exide Winter Promotion.
“140 solar batteries will be won every month through draws done at branch level. For the grand prize’ this year we have two Nissan NP200 vehicles, one for each region. Two customers will walk away with the runner up prizes, a solar system installation each, worth USD2,400. Consolation prices will be drawn at branch level among other prices.” Mr Kufakunesu further said.
As a measure to devolve the process and ascertain that customers from all corners of the country have an near equal opportunity to win despite location the promotion recognises two regions.
“To give customers a better chance of winning, the country has been divided into two regions, the Northern and Southern region. The northern region is composed of branches in Harare, Mashonaland East, Mashonaland West and Mashonaland central.
The Southern region has branches in Manicaland, Masvingo, Midland, Bulawayo, Matebeleland North and South.” The Sales and Marketing Manager said.
As a measure towrds enhanced customer satisfaction, “The prizes have been structured so that participating customers stand a chance to win. To add fun to the promotion, there are monthly prizes to be won and gifts to be received by just purchasing a battery.” Mr Kufakunesu said.
